Product Description

Molecular sieve can classfied into zeolit molecular sieve and carbon molecular sieve.

Molecular sieve 3A is a type of zeolit molecular sieve in spherical or strip-shaped adsorbent,with pore size of 0.3

nanometers. It is mainly used for adsorbing water and does not adsorb any molecules with a diameter greater than 0.3

nanometers. It is the preferred drying agent necessary for deep drying, refining, and polymerization of gas-liquid phases in

the petroleum and chemical industries.

3.Typical Application

a) Drying of unsaturated hydrocarbons (e.g. ethylene, propylene, butadien)

b) Cracked Gas Drying

c) Drying of natural gas, if COS minimization is essential, or a minimum co-adsorption of hydrocarbons is required.

d) Drying of highly polar compounds, such as methanol and ethanol

e) Drying of liquid alcohol

f) Static, (non-regenerative) dehydration of insulating glass units, whether air filled or gas-filled.

g) Drying of CNG.
